Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once orders have been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cloudycomarshmallows@gmail.com, including:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs where relevant
We’ll review each case individually and do our best to resolve any problems.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
Change of mind purchases
Incorrect delivery details provided at checkout
Products stored incorrectly after delivery

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we’ll help investigate with the courier.
