Shipping policy

Once your order has been packed and sent, you’ll receive confirmation that your parcel is on its way.

Shipping is charged per box ordered, as each Cloudy Co box is packed and posted as an individual parcel.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

As orders are carefully prepared and packed, processing times may vary slightly during launches or busy periods.

Please ensure shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
